General Terms

The following describes the terms on which Island Previews offers you access
to our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user.

User postings

All postings and photo submissions become the property of Island Previews and
will not be returned.

The following types of postings are cause for immediate removal, warning, sanction
and/or suspension from the site.

• Posting contact information for another individual


• Posting material containing profanity, vulgarity, hate speech, or threats
  of violence


• Posting material (graphic or text) that is obscene, pornographic or adult
  in nature

Links

Island Previews allows users to place the following types of links:

• Links to your email address that opens an email client for interested users
  to ask you questions


• Links to photos of the item for sale

Prohibited links include, but are not limited to:

• Links to web pages that offer to trade, sell or purchase goods or services
  outside of Island Previews, except where allowed by the terms of a specific
  service


• Links to web sites or pages containing material not permitted on Island
  Previews

Fees

We do charge fees for some services. You will have an opportunity to review
and accept the fees that you will be charged. You are responsible for paying
all fees associated with using our service and all applicable taxes. All services
must be prepaid.

Liability

Our liability, and the liability of our employees and suppliers, to you or
any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the amount of fees you pay
to us in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability.

In no event shall we, our employees or our suppliers be liable for lost profits
or any damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our services,
or this agreement.
